How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select the piece you love, and click "Add to Cart". Follow the checkout steps to complete your purchase securely via PayPal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us at themockdiamond@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes or cancel.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes — you'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are:
• Trinidad & Tobago: 7–14 business days
• International: 10–21 business days
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to 28 countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking to update.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs fees depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Contact us at themockdiamond@gmail.com with your order number to initiate a return.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
What if my item arrived damaged?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll make it right.

What materials are your pieces made from?
Our jewellery is 18k gold-plated, crafted for a premium look and feel. We recommend keeping pieces away from water, perfume, and lotions to maintain their finish.
Do you restock sold-out items?
We do our best to keep popular pieces available. If something you love is out of stock, feel free to reach out and we'll let you know when it's back.
